Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Willow & Main. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
In-store Purchases
- Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Online Purchases
- Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery
- Items must meet the same conditions:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Original condition with tags attached
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (customer must provide photos of damaged merchandise when requesting defective return)
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Jewelry and accessories
- Seasonal or promotional items
Store Credit
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit
- Store credit does not expire
- No refunds will be issued to original form of payment

- Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may be declined
